Uri Doron represents companies and private equity funds in mergers and acquisitions, complex joint ventures, private equity investments, and corporate restructurings. He has experience across a wide variety of industries, including industrials, software technology, communications, defense, home appliances, financial services, biomedical, bio-agriculture, pharmaceuticals, nutrition and healthcare, retail, food and beverage, fashion, and media and entertainment. Uri is a member of the Board of the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce in New York.
