Nolan Bolduc is a corporate finance lawyer, focusing his practice primarily on structured finance, fund finance, and other commercial financings. He has represented leading financial institutions, asset managers, private equity sponsors and corporate issuers in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities, securitizations, CLOs, warehouse/leverage facilities, subscription facilities, and private placements. Nolan has complementary experience in corporate governance and general corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Nolan worked in business consulting, product development and management, and economics consulting, where he served in a variety of capacities that involved the interface of regulatory policy, new technologies, and business planning.
