Molly Fox is an experienced corporate attorney who counsels public and private companies and financial institutions on capital markets, corporate finance, corporate governance, and securities matters, with an emphasis on public offerings and public company representation. In addition, she advises emerging companies on venture capital financings, initial public offerings and other strategic transactions. Over the years, Ms. Fox has developed a practice representing a variety of companies in the life sciences and technology industries, as well as underwriters and venture capital funds, in domestic and international transactions.
