Adam Freiman is a leading corporate lawyer who possesses a deep understanding of the emerging company ecosystem and technology market in New York. As a partner in the firm's Corporate and Emerging Company and Venture Capital Practices, Mr. Freiman offers solutions-focused, strategic advice and an indispensable business perspective that is critical to clients' success. Mr. Freiman works closely with a wide range of companies at all stages of their life cycle, from incorporation to exit. He advises high-growth companies on a diverse range of critical transactions, including seed, angel, venture capital and strategic financings; IPOs and other public offerings; and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on complex securities matters, corporate governance matters, joint ventures and strategic transactions. In addition, Mr. Freiman has extensive experience representing venture capital funds and other investors. Mr. Freiman also has experience representing both issuers and underwriters in connection with public offerings, private placement transactions, and exchange and tender offers, as well as advising public company clients on SEC reporting and disclosure requirements.
