Matthew Guercio is a partner in the Firm's Corporate & Financial Services Department. His practice focuses primarily on representing private equity sponsors in public and private mergers and acquisitions, as well as growth equity and venture capital investments. In addition, Matthew provides advice on corporate governance issues, securities laws matters, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, and other complex corporate matters. Matthew’s private equity experience includes representing numerous portfolio companies throughout an investment’s lifecycle. Matthew was ranked #1 in MergerLink’s listing of the “Top Mid Cap M&A Lawyers in North America” for 2022, 2021 and 2020. In 2020, he was recognized by The Deal as a finalist for “Technology, Media & Telecom Dealmaker of the Year” (Middle Market Awards).
