Arild Storen Frick is a partner at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is associated with the firm's specialist area of ​​M&A. Arild has 20 years' experience in transactional work, both as a strategy consultant and lawyer. He is also an experienced compliance advisor who assists clients in both the private and public sector. Before Arild joined Wikborg Rein in 2022, he headed the transaction department at the law firm Schjødt. Arild has also led complex multinational transactions from the role of corporate lawyer, i.a. as legal director at Aker ASA (2014 – 2020), and as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company (2009-2010). Legal 500 for 2021 describes Arild as an "awesome M&A and corporate lawyer" who "takes an active role in tactics but also has in-depth knowledge and experience related to operational subjects".
