Vit Stehlik is head of the White & Case's Energy and Infrastructure practice groups in Prague. As of January 2022, he is also the Executive Partner of the Firm's Prague office. He is recognized as one of the leading energy lawyers in the Czech Republic with an extensive experience from key projects in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Vít Stehlík practices principally in the areas of energy law, construction, M&A, PPP projects and disputes. His reputation in these fields has attracted major domestic and multinational clients, often operating within the energy sector. Vít regularly advises on a broad range of general, energy and project-related legal issues in multiple CEE jurisdictions. His significant practice experience has given him a thorough grasp of the full spectrum of legal challenges faced by energy clients, from the successful execution of major M&A deals, to an array of complex regulatory matters, as well as the development, financing and documentation of large-scale international construction projects.
