Fritz Rothenbuhler is a partner on the Insolvency and Restructuring team. He advises creditors and debtors on national and cross-border restructuring and insolvency issues. He also acts as an administrator/liquidator in composition and bankruptcy proceedings. Fritz Rothenbühler’s other preferred areas of practice include corporate and competition law as well as construction and real estate. He also advises and represents individuals on selected cases. Fritz Rothenbühler provides both advice and litigation support in the above areas of law.
