Roman Heiz Roman Heiz advises and represents national and international clients in the fields of construction and real estate law, real estate transactions, contracts for work and services as well as labor and employment law. He is head of the Construction & Real Estate Law practice group at Wenger & Vieli Ltd. His practice focuses on real estate transactions (in particular M&A-transactions, bidding processes and contracts of purchase and sale for real estate), contracts for work and services (including general contractor contracts), planner contracts (including general planner contracts and architects' contracts), purchase contracts and contracts for the manufacture and supply of machinery and production facilities, as well as joint ventures for plant construction projects. He also provides support in tenancy law (in particular business and shell leases) and in all aspects of labor and employment law and general contract law. He regularly represents his clients at court in comprehensive legal disputes in his areas of expertise.
