Adv. Tali Salton-Yehoshua joined the Real Estate and Planning and Construction Department at Weksler Bregman in 1993, and became a partner in 2001. Tali is one of the most respected and senior advocates in this country in the field of real estate and planning and construction, with 25 years of experience, in the course of which she has accumulated a great deal of experience and repute. Tali’s unique legal expertise in all aspects of land development, planning and construction guides her to dynamic and fruitful activity in her frequent legal accompaniment of drawing up particularly large-scale outline plans throughout this country. Tali represents clients in submitting opposition to plans at all planning levels, planning and construction appeals, betterment levies and compensation in district appeals committees and the national council. Tali also represents her clients in the Courts in claims, appeals and more.
