Adv. Igal Kolof joined Weksler Bregman in 2006 as a member of the Commercial Department, and became a partner in 2010. Yigakl specializes in all aspects of commercial law and has represented some of the largest companies in Israel for many years. Igal has considerable experience in representing companies in all their spheres of activity, from routine activity through to strategic events in the life of the firm, including commercial agreements of all kinds, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, labor law, franchises and intellectual property. In addition to his activity in the commercial area, Igal has a thriving practice in the hotel and tourism industry, where he has accumulated considerable experience from accompanying outstanding and far-reaching transactions and projects. For a number of years Igal has served as legal adviser for some of the leading companies in Israel (including the franchise-holder of the Crown Plaza and Holiday Inn hotels in Israel, the largest manufacturer and supplier of ceramics in Israel, the Israeli franchise-holder for the fashion brands Zara, Pull and Bear, Bereshka, Massimo Dutti and others. His legal service is characterized by the personal relationships generated with his clients, and this, combined with his professionalism, assists the clients to bring to realization complex and extensive projects in the most successful manner. In addition Igal is registered and serves as an arbitrator with the Institution for Arbitration of the Israeli Bar Association.
