Adv. Eran Shuster joined the Capital Market Department at Weksler Bregman in 2003, and became a partner in 2009. Eran has a good reputation and vast experience in all aspects of commercial and corporate law, while uniquely specializing in accompanying complex capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, debt arrangements, banking and finance, as well as accompanying local and international companies in issuance of securities to the public. In the field of banking and finance, Eran accompanies his clients in a variety of transactions, including counseling in the field of banking regulation, accompaniment of companies in diverse investment transactions, loans, capital acquisition and asset financing. Furthermore, Eran specializes in accompanying companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) and the London Stock Exchange (AIM). As part of his legal services, Eran accompanies his clients in the capital raising process, financing processes, issuance of bonds to the public and debt arrangements. Among his clients are leading companies and business people from this country and from abroad.
