Adv. Eli Aviv joined the Commercial and Capital Market Department at Weksler Bregman in 2013. In the framework of his work Eli specializes in dealing with mergers and acquisitions, as well as complex local and international transactions, in addition to providing commercial and corporate legal counseling to companies. Eli’s major areas of specialization include representation of Israeli and international corporation in international commercial transactions, commercial and civil law in Israel, business competition and restrictions rules, joint enterprises, franchises, distribution and representation. Eli has expansive commercial and corporate knowledge with specialization in cross-border international transactions.
