Adv. Doron Dan joined Weksler Bregman in 1991, and became a partner in 1994, in the Litigation and Conflicts Resolution Department. Doron possesses extensive experience in representation of a wide variety of clients in all aspects of complex civil and commercial litigation proceedings, with a unique specialization in class action suits, company law, contracts law, banking and financing, liquidation proceedings, and trademarks. During the course of the years, Doron has represented numerous well-known individuals and companies, both locally and internationally, in sensitive and complex disputes before various legal instances, including the Supreme Court, as well as quasi-judicial bodies, including arbitration and mediation proceedings. Doron integrates an in-depth understanding of all aspects of a file, while providing personal and professional legal service to his clients, from the preliminary stages of the file through to its conclusion. Doron has achieved particularly high success rates, with numerous precedents and successes before the Supreme Court to his credit.
