Adv. Avi Ben Yaacov joined Weksler Bregman in 2000, and became a partner in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department in 2001. Avi is one of the most senior and respected attorneys in the field of Real Estate in this country. Avi has extensive experience in various areas of real estate activity, with particular expertise in complex transactions such as: combination purchases and sales, financing, urban renewal, acquisition of real estate corporations, construction, joint transactions, project management, commercial assets management and hotel management. Avi routinely deals with and counsels some of the largest and leading real estate corporations in Israel, which engage in activity in all areas of the real estate industry: residential construction, profit yielding real estate, both commercial and offices, industrial parks and hotels. Furthermore Avi accompanies leading international banks, high tech companies, and companies with extensive retail activity, in their real estate activities. In the areas of real estate entrepreneurship, Avi provides extensive and comprehensive legal accompaniment for his clients throughout the life of the project, while coordinating all aspects of dealing with and paying attention to the client’s needs and organizational culture, from the land acquisition stage, its development, change of designation as required, financing the project, establishment of the buildings, their sale and/or operation and registration. Furthermore Avi represents most of the commercial banks in Israel – both in their routine real estate credit activity, as well as in some of the largest and most complex financial accompaniment real estate transactions undertaken in Israel, in all areas of real estate activity.
