Ryan specialises in all aspects of dispute resolution and has a keen interest in business rescue proceedings, restructuring and insolvency law related matters. Ryan is a member of one of the foremost teams in South Africa specialising in business rescue and restructuring and has extensive experience in acting for business rescue practitioners, creditors and suppliers of post-commencement finance in a number of large and high-profile business rescues. Ryan’s other experience includes general commercial and civil litigation, dealing with various landlord and tenant related disputes, recoveries for banks and dealing with various contractual disputes for major corporate clients. Ryan is currently involved in multiple commercial disputes, including cross border litigation in Africa.​
