Prelisha specialises in all aspects of constitutional and administrative law and has a particular interest and expertise in public procurement, health, education and local government law. She spent a year working as a legal researcher to Justice Johann van der Westhuizen at the Constitutional Court of South Africa. Prelisha has extensive expertise in judicial reviews arising from procurement processes, conducting large scale compliance reviews for clients in regulated industries, drafting complex opinions and advisory memoranda on constitutional and administrative law issues as well as drafting legislation, conducting investigations and advising on the issues arising therefrom in the medical industry.
