Merlita has extensive experience in matters relating to insurance, medical law, professional negligence and professional indemnity, personal injury, material damage, municipal and state liability. Her expertise extends to commercial dispute resolution and litigation, including general and insurance litigation. She has advised clients across a wide range of industries including in the healthcare, construction and financial services (insurance) sectors. She has published numerous articles on insurance law related topics and lectures candidate attorneys on the module of personal injury claims in preparation for their Attorneys Board Examination.
