Mehnaaz specialises in employment law related matters including labour litigation and employment advisory work relating to individual and collective labour law. She has acted for a variety of clients, including individuals, national and multi-national companies in both the public and private sectors. Her experience includes: unfair dismissals, unfair discrimination, collective bargaining, organisational rights and unfair labour practice disputes. She also assists with drafting pleadings, employment contracts, settlement agreements, urgent applications and opinions​.
