Hafiesa specialises in general corporate and commercial law, cross-border and South African Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Hafiesa has experience in providing advice on contractual and regulatory matters and drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including those in relation to M&A, joint ventures and restructurings. Hafiesa’s experience includes a two-year term at a magic circle law firm in London.
