Dylan specialises in all aspects of corporate and commercial dispute resolution, including administrative, regulatory and constitutional law advice and litigation. He has advised clients in the public and private sector, including in domestic and international arbitrations, as well as in public procurement, judicial review and internal regulatory processes. He has been involved with proceedings at all levels of the judiciary, including multiple Constitutional Court matters. These matters include ground-breaking public interest litigation focusing on the vindication of the rule of law, safeguarding the independence of key institutions and enforcing executive accountability. ​
