Donald advises on corporate and international tax, with a specific focus on the transaction structuring aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity & 12J investments, corporate transactions and insurance related matters. He has advised a broad range of South African and foreign corporate entities on numerous corporate transactions, including being a tax advisor to three private equity deals, which were awarded private equity deal of the year. He has also previously worked for Ernst & Young (now EY) as part of its Transaction Tax team both locally and in Mumbai, India.
