Dirk Janssen specialises in private equity and M&A matters focussing on leveraged buy-outs and cross-border mid and large-cap transactions. He also has significant project experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. His clients include corporates, funds, institutional investors and private equity houses. Dirk worked for various international companies and law firms in Germany, the UK and Asia before joining WFW. He is a co-author of a commentary on private equity law and regularly publishes articles on corporate law-related topics. He is fluent in German and English.
