Andreas Wiegreffe specializes in advising national and international companies in all individual and collective employment law matters. In addition, he has extensive experience in employment court proceedings. One of Dr. Andreas Wiegreffe’s main areas of practice is advising on business change processes, in particular restructurings and reorganizations as well as M&A transactions, offering efficient support from strategic planning through to final implementation. Clients also rely on Andreas Wiegreffe’s extensive experience in relation to reconciliation of interests and social plan negotiations.
