Stephen Grow practice is concentrated in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy. He has counseled and represented both secured lenders and borrowers in out-of-court workouts, and trustees, debtors, creditors’ committees, secured lenders and other stakeholders in complex bankruptcy cases throughout the U.S. Stephen’s experience spans a wide range of industries, including retail, financial services, manufacturing, technology and automotive, among others. Stephen has represented automotive suppliers in virtually every major automotive bankruptcy case in the United States. The bankruptcy process is always a challenging one for even the most sophisticated client. Stephen’s ability to listen and explain the complex, plainly and clearly, is essential to choosing the right strategy to reach the best possible outcome for his clients. Stephen is the former chair of the Firm's Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group committee.
