Nathan Hertzog is a critical asset in a wide range of private equity transactions including venture capital investments, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, fund formations and investments in private funds and alternative assets. Nathan enjoys the pace and complexity involved in advising clients in the full spectrum of private equity deals. Nathan represents private equity and venture capital funds with respect to fund formation, governance and investments in portfolio companies. Nathan also serves as outside counsel to entrepreneurs and emerging companies with respect to startup and growth-stage fundraising, equity incentives, corporate governance and general business advice.
