Tania Toh is a partner in the firm's Corporate and Investment Funds Group based in Walkers' Singapore office specialising in corporate and capital markets transactions as well as investment fund formation. Tania advises a wide range of institutions, banks and private equity funds as well as early and growth stage companies across the region with an emphasis on private equity acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, venture capital investments and listings particularly with a technology and digital asset focus. In addition, she advises on capital markets transactions including IPOs and regularly works with managers on the formation of investment fund structures including private equity funds, hedge funds, technology and venture capital funds and the establishment of carry, co-investment and alternative investment structures.
