Omonike Robinson-Pickering is a partner in Walkers' Finance, Corporate & Funds Group and is based in the British Virgin Islands. She has a broad finance experience and acts for leading international banks and financial institutions as well as borrowers in general banking, asset and project finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance transactions. She also has experience in corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings and routinely advises on succession matters including applications for grants of representation. Omonike has previously worked in Walkers' Singapore, Hong Kong and Cayman Islands offices.
