Matthew Bloomfield is a partner in Walkers' London Investment Funds team, specialising in advising on Cayman Islands investment funds, in particular private equity and hedge funds. Having practised as an offshore lawyer in London since 2008, Matt works with some of the biggest hedge and private equity fund managers, and their UK and US counsel, in the City. Matt initially qualified as a Barrister, and is recognised by Legal 500 for the quality of his work.
