Ian Mcnamee advises on Irish and EU legal and regulatory aspects of the establishment, financing, operation and management of Irish special purpose vehicles and other investment vehicles which acquire a broad range of asset classes (loans, mortgages, receivables, distressed assets, insurance products etc) around the world. Ian also advises on a wide range of finance, direct lending and general corporate matters, distressed investment and other bespoke structured product transactions. Ian has acted for various European, US, and Asian lenders on a number of complex and innovative fund financing solutions including equity bridge facilities, acquisition financings, capital call facilities and NAV based margin loans.
