Adam Bathgate joined Walkers’ Bermuda office in 2020 where he is a partner in the Corporate, Finance, Funds & Insurance Group. Adam specialises in banking and finance transactions involving Bermuda companies and partnerships. Adam regularly advises asset managers, public and private companies and financial institutions on a variety of transactions including leveraged and acquisition finance, syndicated lending, asset finance, general secured lending and financial restructuring. He also has experience in the field of investment funds, including the formation and ongoing maintenance of private equity, real estate, infrastructure and hedge funds.
