Oliver Duke is a Partner in our Corporate Group and his work focusses on cross border, private equity and venture capital transactions. He acts for a range of investors, sponsors and sponsor backed corporate clients, many of which are located outside of the UK. Clients describe Oliver as: “exceptional at guiding us through the nuances to UK transactions”, “top notch” and “highly recommended to others”. (Legal500). Oliver is a member of the Walker Morris International Committee with responsibility for relationships with other international law firms. He is also an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
