Jo Stephenson is a Partner in our Corporate Group. Experienced in advising on a wide range of corporate matters, Jo’s work is particularly focused on cross-border M&A, private equity and healthcare. Jo is the head of our Healthcare Group. Solving complex issues and delivering deals for clients is the most rewarding part of Jo’s role and of her approach to client work, she says, “you need to understand a client to be in a position to work seamlessly with them”.
