Nicolas Iynedjian is an expert in real estate law and also advises Swiss and international clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. He primarily deals with questions relating to acquisition, leasing, loans, security rights, supervisory and spatial planning issues and dispute resolution in the field of real estate law. He also regularly advises Swiss and foreign companies on corporate law issues, shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, as well as banking and financing matters. Nicolas Iynedjian gained work experience at a large Swiss law firm in Zurich, Geneva and Lausanne and at a leading US law firm in New York City. He teaches negotiation skills at the Center for Business Law at the University of Lausanne (CEDIDAC), at the International Institute of Management in Technology at the University of Friborg (iimt), at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, at the University of Lucerne (lawbility program) and for the Swiss Bar Association im as part of their specialization programs. Nicolas Iynedjian is the author of numerous legal publications, in particular on security law and contract negotiation. He regularly lectures on negotiation and corporate law issues. Nicolas Iynedjian is listed by Who's Who Legal as an expert in the field of "Construction and Real Estate". Nicolas Iynedjian graduated in 1995, received his PhD from the University of Lausanne in 1999 and received his LL.M. from the Columbia School of Law in New York City in 2003. (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar). Nicolas Iynedjian speaks French, English and German. He is a member of the Bar Association of the Canton of Vaud, the Columbia Law School Association, the Center for Business Law at the University of Lausanne and the Association of Young Lawyers of the Canton of Vaud. He is also a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Canton of Vaud Bar Association and a member of the Audit Committee for the Bar Register of the Canton of Vaud. Nicolas Iynedjian acts as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Halter Holding AG.
