Nadine Amr is a Partner in the London office and a member of the Energy Transactions and Projects practice group. She has experience advising clients on a broad range of energy and infrastructure projects, transactions and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on energy M&A globally. Nadine is active in the Association of International Energy Negotiators and is one of the drafters of the AIEN 2023 Model International Joint Operating Agreement, which updates and supplements one of the most widely used model form JOAs in the international oil and gas industry. Nadine is ranked as “Up and Coming” in Chambers UK, 2024, and as a “Rising Star” in Legal 500 UK, 2023 for Oil & Gas. In Chambers UK 2023 sources described Nadine as a “very bright, strong associate in the area [of oil & gas].”
