Bio

Rabia P. Chaudhry is a corporate and transactional attorney at Varner & Brandt's Riverside office focusing her law practice on corporate and business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, entity formation, regulatory compliance and real estate development. Rabia and the firm's corporate and transactional team work with some of the largest corporations in the Inland Empire, but are also known for their expertise in assisting start-ups, family-owned businesses, and other small companies. Rabia endeavors to give responsive, efficient, and effective counsel while focusing on her client's goals, objectives, and future growth. Rabia received her law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law. Her legal achievements and extensive campus community involvement while at Davis are noteworthy, and include successfully representing an indigent Vietnamese refugee in removal proceedings, serving as the Managing Editor of the UC Davis Business Law Journal, dedicating time as the President of the Law Students' Association, and ardently volunteering for the Asian Law Caucus legal clinics. Prior to joining Varner & Brandt's team of corporate and transactional attorneys, Rabia worked with the nation's largest eye care provider and for one of the top asset management firms in the world. Her exposure to both in-house and private law practice brings a unique perspective and expertise to the firm's transactional matters.
