Dimitri Van Hoewijk is a partner in the Corporate team and member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences team. He is an expert in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions, (private equity and venture capital) investments, joint-ventures and regulatory matters in the healthcare and life sciences sector. Dimitri frequently acts for (private equity and venture capital) investors, (international) manufacturers and distributors of medicinal products and medical devices and healthcare providers. He has specific focus on corporate transactions in the healthcare and life sciences industry and has specific expertise in regulatory matters relating to medicinal products, medical devices and digital health. Dimitri studied Dutch law (law and business administration) in Groningen (1998).
