Bart Wehmeijer is mainly involved in international restructurings, joint ventures, M&A and private equity transactions and general corporate law advisory. Bart is also regularly involved in setting up and advising investment funds. His clients are US and European multi-nationals, as well as Dutch and international investors and family offices. Industry sectors in which Bart is particularly active include the energy, oil & gas and offshore industry.
