Nicola Janus-Harris heads up the Agriculture and Rural Estates team and advises on all aspects of commercial and agricultural property including: freehold sales and acquisitions, leasehold transactions for landlord and tenant, secured lending and wayleave agreements. Nicola is experienced in a wide range of work including company restructuring, holiday parks and business startups (including licensed premises) and specialises in advising and dealing with Farm Business Tenancies and Agricultural Holding Act Tenancies. Nicola has over 10 years' experience working in Exeter which means that she understands the regional market but also takes on work at a national level, ensuring that she always takes a pragmatic and commercially savvy approach. Nicola has played a key role in the development of the Agriculture and Rural Estates Team using her agricultural knowledge and connections with land agents to build up a strong reputation in this specialist sector. She is also a member of the Country Land and Business Association.
