Yash Bansal is Partner at Trilegal and specialises in Asset Management and Funds. Aside from investment funds, his practice expertise includes securities laws and exchange control laws. In addition to advising GPs on structuring and formation of investment funds and other asset management platforms, he has represented institutional LPs, DFIs, fund of funds and family offices on their commitments to investment funds in India as well as offshore.
