Nikhil Sachdeva is a Partner in Corporate practice at Trilegal. He has a fairly diverse practice portfolio encompassing mergers and acquisitions, venture capital (equity and debt), private equity, joint ventures, general corporate advisory, external commercial borrowing, debt syndication and structured debt. He also specialises in structuring transactions to ensure compliance with foreign exchange regulations, corporate laws and tax efficiency based on appropriate advice from tax advisors. Nikhil has over 15 years of experience advising a wide range of clients on general corporate matters and has acted on over 300 domestic and cross-border transactions in various sectors, including acquisitions, restructuring mandates, mergers, demergers and joint ventures. Nikhil has extensive experience acting for clients in over 300 transactions in a wide variety of industries ranging from Healthcare, E-Commerce, Fintech, Artificial Intelligence, Aggregators, Gaming, Technology- focused businesses including SaaS, NBFC, Manufacturing, Media and Entertainment, Retail and Wholesale Trading, Renewable Energy, Publishing and Real Estate. Nikhil deeply understands commercial and financial aspects in a transaction while ensuring that clients are effectively assisted from compliance and strategy standpoint. He has worked on several complex and innovative transactions which have since become market precedents.
