Mohammed is a partner in the Corporate M&A and ECM Group and has a broad corporate practice with a particular focus on infrastructure M&A. Mohammed has extensive experience of advising public and private companies, infrastructure funds and other financial sponsors on a range of corporate transactions including public and private M&A, joint ventures and complex reorganisations.
