Nathan Viehl advises both buyers and sellers in a range of sophisticated M&A transactions, including private equity and strategic acquisitions, divestitures, and leveraged buyouts. Nathan's practice encompasses a variety of transactional work for mid-market, growing and emerging technology, health care, and energy companies, principally including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital financings, and outside general counsel matters. He has assisted numerous startups and high growth companies throughout their life cycle including their structuring, venture capital financings, and ultimate exit transactions. Nathan also represents both public and private companies as outside general counsel in establishing strategic relationships, joint ventures, executive employment and compensation arrangements and other matters.
