Radovan Pala leads our Business and Professional Services group in CEE and is the Co-Head of our Bratislava office. He is recognised as a brilliant employment and corporate lawyer with over 20+ years of experience working with clients in the life sciences, manufacturing & industrial, private wealth, media & communications and technology sectors. Apart from being a profound expert in all areas of Slovak employment law, Radovan has decades of experience across a variety of legal disciplines including, Corporate, M&A, Capital Markets, and Restructuring & Insolvency – making him a complete advisor for your company. He is an active member of working groups at the Slovak Ministry of Justice that have prepared a number of important amendments, including in the area of corporate and insolvency law. Recently he has been working with PwC on the EU-DG REFORM sponsored project for the Slovak Ministry of Justice: “Supporting Slovakia to reform the framework for insolvency and restructuring”.
