Rob Moore is head of business legal services at Taylor&Emmet. Rob is also head of our highly successful commercial & insolvency team, in which he specialises in dispute resolution and contentious insolvency. He joined Taylor&Emmet in 1997 and has advised a wide range of clients, from sole traders to large institutions, as well as acting for many local insolvency practitioners. Rob has extensive experience in complex, high value disputes and significant knowledge of alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation. He is also an experienced advocate in the County Court and on occasion, the High Court.
