Spyros Arsenis is a partner in the Firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate Leasing Practices. His practice focuses on leasing, commercial financing, and sports law. Spyros handles commercial real estate financing for both lenders and borrowers, including acquisition, construction, and mezzanine loans, with his history of transactions totaling over one billion dollars. Spyros represents clients in the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, as well as in hospitality and food and beverage acquisitions, and he counsels lenders in the complex and often complicated refinancing of their loans. He advises landlords and tenants in leasing transactions for major offices, shopping centers, and other retail uses in New York City and across the United States.
