Angel M. Salita, Jr.’s practice includes corporate law, specializing in special projects (including power, energy, oil and gas, telecommunications, water, construction, BOT, and other infrastructure laws), project finance, acquisition, investment, and banking. Prior to joining SyCipLaw, he worked at the National Power Corporation as principal engineer and senior corplan analyst, at San Miguel Corporation as a planning engineer, and at PNOC-Coal Corporation as a maintenance engineer. Mr. Salita is a member of the Philippine Bar Association and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
