Anton Bortolussi assists new businesses with entity selection and formation, as well as established businesses with restructuring, management and maintenance, mergers and acquisitions and capital needs. Mr. Bortolussi also advises families on the preparation of estate plans, including wills, living trusts, and powers of attorney, and handles all aspects of the administration of trusts and probate estates. Prior to joining Sullivan McGregor & Doerr, Mr. Bortolussi practiced with a large, workers’ compensation defense firm, representing insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in all areas of California workers’ compensation law.
