Bio

Umberto Michielin joined Pavesio e Associati in February 2011. His practice is focused on administrative law and more specifically he advises private companies and public entities. He has specific experience in public works, supplies and services contracts and advises the clients in all stages of the public tenders. He has also assisted public entities and private companies in litigation cases before the Italian Administrative and Civil courts. Umberto has broad experience in environmental and energy law, especially in authorization procedures of renewable energy projects and in civil litigation issues. Umberto Michielin received his J.D. degree in 2007 from the University of Turin and began his legal profession with Studio Legale R&P Legal – Rossotto, Colombatto & Partners in Turin. He is a member of the Turin Bar.
