Sarah Vercellone is a partner of Pavesio e Associati since 2017 and prior to this was “associato in partecipazione” (“salary partner”) since 2013. Sarah Vercellone has specific experience in corporate and commercial law; she assists domestic and international clients with the negotiating and drafting of commercial contracts and provides advice on corporate governance related issues, including the negotiating and drafting of shareholders agreements, as well as on M&A transactions. Over the years, Sarah Vercellone has gained significant experience in publishing law (in print and online); she gives day to day legal assistance to major Italian publishing companies and assists them in libel disputes, proceedings on copyright infringements and data protection law. Sarah Vercellone worked with the Allen & Overy Turin office from November 2000 to December 2006 as an Associate and subsequently with Pavesio e Associati since 2007. She is also a member of the editorial committee of La Pazienza (the journal of the Turin Bar Association – Consiglio dell’Ordine degli Avvocati di Torino). Sarah gained her J.D. degree magna cum laude from the University of Turin in October 2000. She is a member of the Turin Bar.
